PLASTIC BASE
It is produced from 2nd quality recycled PP MOBLEN material with dimensions of 540mm X 540mm X 35mm. It is produced by our own manufacturing plastic injection method. It prevents sweating that may occur due to the air condition in the environment and prevent the contact of the modular tank bottom sheet to the floor. Thanks to the endless heads, the width and length of the tanks can be enlarged as desired. It is used on the modular tank floor up to four storey tanks. It has much more durable properties than its counterparts made entirely of waste plastic and garbage material. Bearing strength is strong. Since it is connected with semi-automatic strapping machine in bales of 10 pieces, it does not take up much space and no breaks occur during transportation.
- In one storey modular water tanks, a load of 312.5 kg is applied to 54cm2.
- In two storey water tanks, 625 kg of load is loaded onto 54cm2.
- In three storey water tanks, a load of 937.5 kg is loaded to 54cm2.
- In four storey water tanks, 1250 kg load is applied to 54 cm2.
