It should be manufactured with a deep perforated method in stainless steel of AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality with perforated edges. It is a modular storage form that can be mounted on the site by stacking the plates side by side and on top with bolted connection. No welded joints are made during the manufacture of the water storage.<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

  • Storage plates are connected to each other with M10 bolts, and silicone and epididium rubber gaskets are used to seal them.<\/li>\n
  • On the surface of the tank module plates, there are special shapes created by the deep drawing method in the press that will prevent deformation or leakage of the sheet from water pressure.<\/li>\n
  • All tank interior reinforcements are made of stainless steel sheet with AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality.<\/li>\n
  • The tensioners are attached to the tank body by a separate piece, the individual piece body connection and the individual piece tensioner connection must be bolted.<\/li>\n
  • The plates on the top and bottom of the tank are bolted construction, no welding is done at the assembly site.<\/li>\n
  • There should be 1 cleaning cap on the tank and a man hole next to the tank. The cover is attached to the body with bolts, no welded parts should be used. In addition, the cover shape is shaped by cold forming process to meet the incoming pressure.<\/li>\n
  • The tank top cover is provided from the material of the tank sheet, preferably plastic or polyurethane.<\/li>\n
  • The man hole on the side is made of its own material by plastering on the storage plate, it is in a structure that will not require any additional welding process.<\/li>\n
  • All warehouse parts are easily transported and manufactured in shape and weight to be mounted on site.<\/li>\n
  • The plastic base, which will cut the contact of the tank body with the complete concrete, is placed on the grids made of PVC or polyethylene. The grill design is manufactured to carry the weight of the tank itself and the weight of the water in it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
